Strong units help ensure that every member of Scouting America has a great Scouting experience. The Serving & Supporting Units Group develops and shares tools, techniques, and best practices unit commissioners can use to help unit leaders strengthen their units.
Roundtables provide unit leaders with the skill to do and the will to do what is needed to ensure that every member of every unit has a great Scouting experience. They build on the foundation provided by position-specific basic training and each leader’s commitment to serving youth through Scouting. The Serving and Supporting Units Group ensures that roundtables provide information, capture information, offer current program training, and provide networking opportunities.
