Welcome to BSA Family Adventure Camp – a one-of-a-kind vacation for adventurers of all ages! Gather up your whole crew – cousins, friends, grandparents, groups – and experience the great outdoors as never before. (FYI – it’s open to all families, not just Scouts.)
The best part? Where you stay and what you do are up to you! It’s your adventure, your way. Choose to vacation at any one of our camps, which are located in some of the USA’s most incredible destinations: West Virginia, New Mexico, and Florida. From bunkhouse rooms to luxury deluxe tents, each location offers lodging options that keep you connected to what matters most: nature, and each other. Enjoy any of our epic activities, including swimming, hiking, horseback riding, ziplining, and much more.
Come for a week, or just a few days. Make memories that will last forever.
Situated in the wilds of West Virginia, Summit Bechtel Reserve gives campers a chance to experience all of the high adventure and glorious beauty of the New River Gorge area.
Located on the eastern edge of the Rocky Mountains, Philmont Scout Ranch offers epic experiences in the heart of the American West. It’s an adventure base for all ages!
Nestled in Scout Key between the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean, Camp Jackson Sawyer (a.k.a., Florida Sea Base) is a tropical adventure paradise.
We know that everyone’s version of “roughing it” is a little different. That’s why we offer three types of lodging to choose from – rustic tents, cabins, and luxury deluxe glamping tents – to give everyone in your family a camping experience that they’ll love.
BSA Family Adventure Camp is a one-of-a-kind vacation that takes “family time” to a whole new level. Camps are open to families, friends, and groups across the country (not just Scouts). Each location has its own unique programs, experiences, and landscapes. From lodging to activities, campers have the freedom to choose where they want to stay and what they want to do. At Family Adventure Camp, families will come together to make lasting memories as they have once-in-a-lifetime experiences and enjoy the great outdoors together.
