The Arrowhead Honor recognizes proficiency in the contemporary tools and techniques commissioners use to provide effective unit service. Once the Arrowhead is earned, a commissioner can continue to wear it on the uniform. When moving to another commissioner position, commissioners should review the Arrowhead requirements for that position and perform at that level.
