Program Director
Position Overview
Develops and executes all council-wide activities, provides leadership oversight to the design and operation of all activities, and manages Ed Bryant Scout Reservation. Provide leadership to the council’s camping, activities, training, and advancement committees. Give strategic guidance to the Scout Executive on future investment in both property and programmatic needs of Ed Bryant Scout Reservation.

- Council Activities
- Camping Committee
- Council Training Committee
- Council Advancement Committee
Advises and supports the following committees
- VP of Program and committees under the VP
- Cub Scout Day Camp
- Council Properties Committee
- NCAP team
- Order of the Arrow Lodge
- National Jamboree Committee
Other duties as assigned by the Scout Executive
Education
- Bachelor’s from an accredited college or university
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 + years’ outdoor programs experience preferred.

Salary or Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000
