Responsibilities
  • Work with the District Commissioner to provide excellence in unit service. Help units achieve JTE (or other measurement) standards.
  • Identify and recruit new unit volunteers and Commissioner team members.
  • Co-lead membership recruitment campaigns with new member coordinators and help units achieve membership growth objectives.
  • Act as a resource for unit financial planning.
  • Serve as council liaison and direct support for unit popcorn and candy and meat sticks campaigns.
  • Serve as process champion for timely recharter information submission.
  • Work with Commissioner staff on Roundtable planning and execution.
  • Visit units during in-council resident camp trips
  • Encourage and support unit participation in district/council events and activities, including summer camp.
  • Work with volunteers to secure adequate financial support for programs in assigned area.
Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (transcript with the date degree conferred stated is required for employment).

Qualifications
  • Commissioning from District Operations Basic or Equivalent

He is the founder of Caljet, one of the largest independent motor fuels terminals in the U.S. He has served the Arizona Petroleum Marketers Association, Teen Lifeline, and American Heart Association. A triathlete who has completed hundreds of races, Alexander has also mentored the women’s triathlon team at Arizona State University.

He has more than 40 years of experience in the oil, gas, and energy fields, including serving as a president, owner, and CEO. Adams has also received multiple service awards from the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers.
