Make Space for Sleep

Games are more fun when your mind is rested. Screens and excitement can delay sleep, so allow time to unwind before bed and aim for the full night’s rest recommended for your age group. The best players, and the healthiest ones, are those who know when to play, when to rest, and when to explore adventures beyond the screen.
