This getting-to-know-you activity is designed to get Cub Scouts moving, laughing, and learning more about each other by making quick choices between two fun options!

Directions
Before the meeting:
- Clear an area where everyone can move safely from one side of the space to the other.
During the meeting:
- Explain the activity. Have everyone stand in the middle of the room. Explain that you’ll call out two choices. When you say the choices, players must quickly move to the side of the room that matches their choice. Left side = first option, right side = second option.
- Say, “Ready?” and begin by saying the first “This or that” choice.
- Once everyone has chosen a side, give them a moment to look around and see who else chose similarly. Remind participants that the activity is about making quick choices and finding similarities and shared interests with new friends. Every answer is right.
