  1. Print a copy of the Sleep Like a Star! Worksheet for each Cub Scout.
  2. Review the worksheet so that you are prepared to lead this activity.

 

During the Meeting

  1. Discuss the importance of getting good rest with Cub Scouts.
  2. Ask Cub Scouts to work with the adult partner to complete the worksheet.

Remembering 9/11, Focusing on Service

Twenty-five years ago, we saw the best of humanity rise to meet the worst of days. First responders ran into danger. Neighbors helped neighbors. Scouts offered a helping hand by sending water, supplies, and even putting notes of thanks inside gloves meant for heroes on the front lines. That’s the duty of every Scout — to help other people at all times. Today, we take a moment to remember. Then find a way to serve. That’s how we truly never forget.
