Position Overview

The Summit Bechtel Reserve is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Lead to provide high-quality housekeeping services in support of Scouting America programs. This role is essential in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming facilities for guests, staff, and program participants.

The Housekeeping Lead is responsible for overseeing housekeeping services at assigned facilities. This position ensures that offices, lodging areas, and other designated spaces are maintained in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition. The role also supports operational readiness during both off-season and summer program operations. This position reports to the Supervisor, Hotel Operations.

Responsibilities
  • Supervises, trains, and schedules housekeeping staff.
  • Manages inventory of supplies to ensure that adequate stock is maintained.
  • Provides housekeeping services of facilities and assigned areas. Notifies the appropriate party of issues and problems.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned.

Education

No minimum requirement.

Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in housekeeping services to include previous supervisory experience.
  • Must pass a criminal history background check.

Any work-related experience resulting in acceptable proficiency levels in the above Minimum Qualifications is an acceptable substitute for the above-specified education and experience requirements.

Preference

High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
