  1. Parents or legal guardians must read the “How to Protect Your Children from Child Abuse: A Parent’s Guide” booklet and complete the exercises with their Arrow of Light Scout.

Remembering 9/11, Focusing on Service

Twenty-five years ago, we saw the best of humanity rise to meet the worst of days. First responders ran into danger. Neighbors helped neighbors. Scouts offered a helping hand by sending water, supplies, and even putting notes of thanks inside gloves meant for heroes on the front lines. That’s the duty of every Scout — to help other people at all times. Today, we take a moment to remember. Then find a way to serve. That’s how we truly never forget.
