In this video, Tico Perez, the National Commissioner of the Boy Scouts of America, explains how the Scouts and other participants at the 2013 Jamboree will meet different physical challenges that have not been at previous Jamborees. Because more stamina is needed for the activities and everyday happenings at the Summit, some fitness standards have been put into place.
