To be eligible, each participant must be a registered member of the BSA between the ages of 18 and 25 during the time of the event. These age ranges are set by the WOSM and are not flexible.
Participants will be grouped in teams of 10 young people from different NSOs to improve the cultural exchange and demonstrate the element of the Scout Method.
The teams will be formed 3 to 6 months before the start of the event through a system that will randomly set up the teams with some basic criteria that allow these to be gender balanced. The list of team members will be published on the official Moot website. Each team member will be given contact information so that it is possible to contact other team members ahead of the event.
Two months prior to the start of the event, each team will receive the list of activities they can choose.
