It’s something you don’t hear everyday. This brave Cub Scout saved his brother from drowning in an incredible show of bravery and quick thinking. As a result, Hunter Brown, a Cub Scout from Erie, Pennsylvania, received one of Scouting’s highest merits, the Honor Medal.
