A presentation for recognizing adventure completion and awarding Lion belt loops.

- Printer
- Printed copy of the presentation script
- Belt loop(s) to be awarded (1 per Cub Scout)
Set-Up:
Gather the Lion Scouts and their Adult Partners and have them sit together in front of the Lion Den Leader.
Directions
Before the Ceremony
- Print the presentation script.
- Purchase belt loop(s) from the Scout Store.
During the Ceremony
1. The Lion Den Leader gathers the Lion Scouts and their Adult Partners and has them sit together in front of the Lion Den Leader. The Lion Den Leader then follows the script.
“DEN LEADER: Several of the Lions in our den have earned the [name of adventure]. It is important for us all to recognize their hard work and celebrate this achievement. Will the following Lions and their Adult Partners please come forward to receive their adventure loop. (Call names and present awards.) Lions, if you had fun learning something new during this adventure, please give your Adult Partner a high five and say ‘Thank you’. (Pause.) Lions and Adult Partners, if you did your best, please give a loud, lion roar! (Pause.) Let’s all give them a big round of applause. ”
2. Everyone returns to their seats.
