This course includes breakout sessions and takes participants into a deeper understanding of the concepts learned in FM I. Course participants will engage in budgeting and cash flow management activities and apply debits and credits to the concepts of fiscal management. A portion of the course will include roundtable discussions highlighting best methods and ways to work more effectively and efficiently.

- Reconciliation of accounts
- Cash flow
- Restricted contributions
- Recording investment income
- Inter-fund loans
- Month-end and year-end closings
Who: Designed for tenured accounting personnel and commissioned professionals who have attended Fiscal Management I (FM I). This course is also appropriate for local council & area finance volunteers.
The course fee is $325 and and does not include travel, meals, and lodging costs.
