Senior District Executive
Position Overview
As a Senior District Executive, you grow Scouting by recruiting volunteers, expanding membership, building partnerships, and delivering quality programs that change lives. This role offers variety, purpose, and impact.
Responsibilities
• Expand Scouting into new communities and organizations
• Recruit and retain youth and adult members
• Recruit, train, and mentor volunteer leaders
• Build partnerships with schools, nonprofits, and civic leaders
• Ensure safe, high-quality programs and leader support
• Lead fundraising campaigns and build donor relationships
• Set long-term growth strategies and celebrate success

Education
• Bachelor’s degree and age 21+
Qualifications
• Subscribe to Scout Oath and Law
• Evenings/weekends as needed
• Valid driver’s license and transportation
• 1–2 weeks paid travel for training
• Professional Scouting experience
Benefits
Salary: $56,000 – $60,000 (DOE)
