The Boy Scouts of America, Supply Office has an outstanding opportunity for a motivated, experienced Sr. Office Assistant in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Job Overview:
The Boy Scouts of America Supply Group is currently seeking a positive, outgoing, and detailed-oriented individual to support our Sales Administration Team.  This individual must have advanced Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel, organizational and time management skills, be a quick learner, show initiative, be able to problem solve, and help where needed.

The individual in this position will be responsible for:

  • Utilize tools to assist sales team in tracking sales and promotion success
  • Create monthly/weekly store sales plans incorporating trend and LY performance; communicate to stores and sales management
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
  • Generate ad-hoc reporting, and analysis of sales metrics 
  • Innovate processes to increase efficiency and consistency
  • Provide general administrative assistance for department

Qualifications/ Experience:

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Excel
  • Data manipulation and reporting experience using Advanced MS Excel skills
  • 2-4 years in a retail environment, with planning or financial background preferred
  • Analytical, innovative, problem-solver, takes initiative is a must
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Familiar with IBM Cognos reporting, and MS Access is a plus
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
