The Boy Scouts of America, Supply Office has an outstanding opportunity for a motivated, experienced Sales Operations Analyst in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Job Overview:
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing Management team by ensuring that data required for critical decision support is maintained to a high standard and accurately reported. 

The individual in this position is responsible for:

  • Creating and analyzing sales-related statistics to drive insights, performance metrics and drive efficiencies that help our sales team meet their targets
  • Analyze data regarding sales performance, marketing activity and company trends
  • Identify error trends/patterns and isolate discrepancies in the data
  • Compile month-end sales analysis
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Work closely with Management on important issues and projects
  • Work with Sales Management to design and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into sales, marketing and business metrics
  • Assist sales management on special projects (i.e. Territory Planning, Forecast & Revenue Projections, Productivity Analysis)
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned

Qualifications/ Experience:  The qualified candidate must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience as an analyst
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with strong business acumen
  • Strong process and reporting orientation with a meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work with management and staff to define and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers
  • Mastery level in Microsoft tools: Excel, Access, and other MS Office tools
  • Understanding of databases and data integration tools
  • Strong organizational, analytical and communications skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing assignments
  • Able to approach tasks with a sense of urgency and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, but also driven by team work
  • Sales department experience a plus
  • Crystal Reporting experience a plus
