Job Overview:
Provides administrative support for the OD team ranging from simple routine assignments to moderately complex projects. Supports the related functionals areas: organizational development, training, and diversity and inclusion by scheduling training events, managing training schedules, maintaining training materials, and reviewing and drafting communication materials. Assists with administrative and operational processes including project reporting, gathering information and conveying and distributing communications, cost monitoring and containment, and time management. Conducts various data analyses and develops analytic reports. Provides support to local councils, districts, membership, and volunteers. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supports assigned projects, project team(s), and key stakeholders from the origination of assignment through implementation. Monitors processes and provides administrative support and technical assistance. Responds to program questions and resolves basic problems or concerns regarding the program specifications and activities.
  • Maintains and assembles information, materials, and communications in support of projects and program initiatives. Prepares and distributes routine communications, announcements, and materials. Serves as a liaison with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all information, materials, and services are delivered on-time.
  • Coordinates workflow, schedules, meetings, events, supports and tracks projects, and participates in project and program initiatives as assigned. Provides administrative support to cross-functional project/program team as necessary.
  • Assists in producing routine reports and analysis regarding program operations and status (e.g. budget, financial, program metrics, etc.).
  • Other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/ Experience:

  • 3 or more years’ relative experience.
  • 3 years+ work experience must include a broad range of administrative experience.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a broad range of communication experience (e.g. verbal and written).
  • Must have intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
