2013 Council Toolkit for Success

The purpose of this tool is to provide volunteers and employees tools to help them improve the Journey to Excellence score in their service area. The information is applicable and can be implemented at both the district and council levels. Each criterion has information specifically designed to positively impact that metric. Many of the tools are executive summaries or excerpts of lengthier documents that are referenced by BSA order number and provide additional information if the user is interested.
