2021 Women’s Leadership Development Conference

It is with great regret  we share the news that the Women’s Leadership Development Conference will not be held in 2021.  We made the difficult decision to cancel the conference for next spring to allow councils to focus on navigating out of the pandemic.  
 
While the conference may be cancelled for next year, our opportunity to network, educate and inspire each other has not been cancelled.  We challenge each of you to become active in the RISE network and other BSA employee workforce groups.  As women, we have natural leadership abilities to offer the Scouting organization.

Scouting will get through tough times, as it always has, by the perseverance of leadership like yours.  Soon, we will rise again and gather  for a Women’s Leadership Development conference..
 
If you had registered for the 2020 conference, you will receive details about the refund in the next few days.
