2021 Women’s Leadership Development Conference

Empowering Ourselves

November 17th – 19th, 2020

Springhill Suites by Marriott

5800 High Point Dr. Irving, TX 75038

Enabling leaders to have a greater sense of self-awareness is important for both genders.  Men and women DO think and act differently dependent on biology, culture and societal norms.

The Women’s Leadership Development Conference will provide a female focused two and a half day workshop that would enable each participant to be a stronger leader through self-assessments, exercises on appreciating gender differences, the Imposter Phenomenon, and authentic leadership while offering practical tools that can be applied back in the workplace. Participants will draft action plans to facet their learnings in their current position to become a stronger leader. Check back soon for the complete program!

  • Build your leadership capacity by learning and practicing techniques in the interactive workshops
  • Be inspired by new ideas and strategies that fine tune your skills and leadership abilities.
  • Grow your professional network of women across the Scouting movement.
