Thomas Joyce is from Circle Ten Council in Dallas, Texas.  He currently attends the University of North Texas where he is majoring in Biology with an aim to eventually become a physician's assistant.

Thomas has been in Scouting for eleven years.  He has earned his Eagle Scout rank with three silver palms, Venturing Silver Award, and the Ranger Award.  He is a Vigil Honor member in the Order of the Arrow where he currently serves as a Section Chief.  Thomas is also an assistiant Scoutmaster in his troop.  In Venturing, he serves as his crew's President and as the President of his council's Venturing Officer's Association.

Thomas looks forward to a fun and productive year as the 2007-2008 Southern Region Venturing President.
