Internal Communications

The Internal Communications Team serves as the internal voice of the Boy Scouts of America, providing official news, updates, and information to all local and National Council employees.

To reach this diverse audience, we use a variety of vehicles, including print, video, e-newsletters, email, and other Web-based tools. Simply put, we try to use the methods and media our employees prefer to ensure they are tapped into the latest news, aware of the BSA’s strategic objectives, and have a solid understanding of what they can do to help us get where we want to go.
