Oscar Santoyo is based in Atlanta and manages the Southern Region and its outreach to the Hispanic market by providing solutions from the national office. He started his career with Scouting in Orange County, California, and has moved through the ranks to varying levels of increased responsibility. Oscar’s commitment to Scouting and his professional insight provide support to all councils interested in reaching this growing market.
