Fiscal Management III

Fiscal Management III is designed for tenured Scout executives and volunteers who have a strong understanding of local council financial statements. Completion of the Fiscal Management I course is required.

The course instructors will facilitate peer-to-peer learning as participants develop long-term strategies for their councils’ financial business plans. Topics will include short-term and long-term cash flow projections, multi-year and multi-fund blended campaigns, level four grant and foundation campaigns, board development, and governance and transparency in the 21st century, as well as a brief update on changes in the not-for-profit industry.

The deadline for registration is three weeks prior to the start of the course.
