BSA local councils’ audited financial statements, along with the required documents, were due in the Finance Impact Department June 1, 2012. As of June 8, the Finance Impact Department has received audited financial statements from 175 councils, 59 percent. Read more.
403(b) PLAN RETURNS DUE JULY 31, 2012
Be sure to electronically file your council’s Form 5500 (100 or more participants) or 5500-SF (fewer than 100 participants) no later than July 31, 2012 for your IRS section 403(b) defined contribution retirement plan (like the Mutual of America Thrift Plan) with a December 31, 2011, year-end.
