Northern Tier accepts staff applications year-round and begins filling seasonal staff positions months in advance.

Prior to consideration of employment the following must be submitted:

A cover letter that describes who you are and why you want to work at Northern Tier.
A completed Staff Application.
Three letters of recommendation or Staff Recommendation Forms.
