Leave No Trace Master Educator

Northern Tier offers Leave No Trace Master Educator courses throughout the year. This 5-day course features a day on base of lectures before a 4-day immersive wilderness classroom experience. The class is designed to teach Leave No Trace trainers the pedagogical methods necessary to instruct others in Leave No Trace ethics. After graduating the class, participants will be able to teach BSA 101 sessions, LNT Awareness workshops, and LNT trainer courses.

All food, housing, class materials, and group gear will be provided by Northern Tier. Participants will be required to provide personal gear similar to what is required on a standard Northern Tier trek.
