Selling Wholesale to Commercial Markets
A Commercial License is available to companies who have active national distribution channels and are interested in developing BSA licensed products for wholesale sales to resellers, or for direct sale to consumers, which can be marketed to current Scouting membership, Scouting Alumni and those who share an affinity for the brand through licensed product sales in traditional retail channels.
BSA Requirements for Commercial Licensees
- A minimum of three years experience in manufacturing and distribution of the product type being proposed
- Established national distribution channels
- Five years’ prior experience in the product category and classification being proposed
