This conference is open to all, but will be of special interest to those Scouters who have been identified as the council STEM chair or council STEM (Science Technology Engineering & Math) committee members, and all others interested in STEM and Scouting. The conference will take place in both the classroom and outside to demonstrate the BSA STEM program and implementation in both arenas. Participants will learn how to implement the NOVA/SUPERNOVA award within their units, districts and councils. Methods and aims of the program will be discussed as well as ideas for local partnerships to enhance Scouting as it relates to STEM.
Week 1: June 9-15
