Open only to Scoutmasters and assistant Scoutmasters. Lead by Scoutmasters whose troops have demonstrated ongoing success. Participants will learn new approaches that have a proven track record in developing and serving Scouts and troops and share ideas for enhancing the quality of troop program and operations.

Backpacking treks, horseback cavalcades, and training and service programs offer young people many ways to experience this legendary country.
