The Mechanics of Advancement

Designed for unit, district, and council-level volunteers and professional Scouters, this course connects participants with the essentials of advancement and outlines the rationale behind many of the policies and procedures governing it. Presentations from members of the National Advancement Committee will provide an understanding of how the BSA advancement method should be delivered. Group discussions will focus on effective ways to resolve the related issues and challenges that arise.
