Event Report Form

The JOTA report on the following pages is very important in recording what happened at this event and in working on the next JOTA event. All reports, in summary format, will be forwarded to the World Scout Bureau. Include anything that was funny, interesting, or that you learned, along with your ideas or suggestions to help improve the event. If you include pictures, forward them using JPG format so they can be included with the report. Make sure you have the full names of all those in the picture. Scouts in uniform would be really great. Please provide anything that would be of interest to others.

The information must be received in the BSA National Council no later than November 30. Up to five photographs and newspaper clippings may also be forwarded. We’d like to see your fantastic JOTA event!
