Philmont Training Center hosts a fall conference at the end of September each year just in time for the cottonwoods display their first flicker of fall color. Fall conference operates identical to to a typical summer conference.

Join us in October at the Philmont Training Center for the best Major Gifts Fellowship Week ever.

Philmont Leadership Challenge

Adults learn to internalize and practice their leadership skills in this action-packed backcountry course. The course hones the skills taught in Wood Badge for the 21st Century in an outdoor experiential learning environment.

Leave No Trace Master Educator

The five-day Master Educator course is designed for people who are actively teaching outdoor skills or providing recreation information to the public.

For all council, area, region, and national volunteers, employees, and professionals involved in support of outdoor programs.

Sessions will discuss appropriate programs for all ages dealing with the outdoors and high adventure in their council, area, and region.
