Tornadoes have caused massive destruction in many areas of the country. Thousands of people, including our councils, Scouts, and Scouters, have been affected by these disasters. With telephone service and electricity down, it has been difficult to get updated information on the latest round of storms, but we know there is still a need for support from earlier storms. One thing is for sure, it will be months and maybe years before some communities will be back to near normal living conditions, so your support is needed and appreciated.
